What is Executive Summit?

The Executive Summit combines the legacy UFS Executive Summit and the BankOnIT CEO Forum into one premier event. It brings together executive leaders from banks to network with peers from across the country, hear from industry-leading keynote speakers, receive important industry updates, and explore the latest trends in AI, organizational culture, and the future of community banking.

What costs am I responsible for?

You are only responsible for your travel and hotel expenses. All other event-related costs are included.

Where is the hotel?

Located at 120 N. Robinson Ave in downtown Oklahoma City, The National is a beautifully restored historic landmark originally built in 1931, now featuring restaurants, retail shops, and residential spaces.

What do you recommend for airport transportation?

The airport is a short distance from The National. We recommend using a rideshare service for transportation to the hotel.

Where should I park?
  • Valet parking is available at the hotel entrance for approximately $38/day, although oversized vehicles may be $48/day.

  • Paid self-parking is available near the hotel at the One Eleven Parking Garage, located at 111 N. Broadway Ave.

  • Additional parking is available at Main Street Parking, located at 119 W. Main St.

When is check-in/out?

Check-in at the hotel is at 3 pm on October 26, and check-out is at 12 pm on October 28. All guests arriving before 3 pm will be accommodated as rooms become available.

Group rates are available for extended stays both before and after the event.

Where do I get my registration materials?

The Welcome Reception and Registration starts at 6 pm on October 26 in the Great Hall at The National. Pick up your name badge at the registration table located near the top of the lobby escaltor, adjacent to the Tellers Restaurant Host Stand and Tellers Bar

What is the dress code?

For the sessions and receptions, the dress code for is business casual (jeans acceptable). For the offsite networking events, smart casual attire is encouraged.

Note: Oklahoma City typically experiences mild and pleasant fall weather, with afternoon highs near 70 and overnight lows in the upper 40s.

I have dietary requirements. How can those be accommodated?

The registration page includes a question about dietary requirements or restrictions. Please provide the necessary details there, and we will make the appropriate accommodations.

Are spouses/guests invited?

Yes! Spouses and personal guests are invited to attend evening receptions and offsite networking events.
